Product Release Notes: Fama 360 Self Service

Fama is proud to introduce our latest enhancement: Self Service for 360 customers! 

Beginning on November 19, 2024, new and existing 360 customers will be able to request and download reports from within our 360 web application. 

Here’s what you need to know: 

  • Fama’s 360 web application can be found at https://360-web.fama.io/ 
  • Customers will now be able to request new reports, track pending reports, and download completed reports directly through the new 360 web application.
  • New reports can be created by clicking the “Add Report” button at the top of the page, completing the form, and clicking submit. 
  • Customers are now able to enter necessary candidate information, upload a resume, and attach consent forms through the new 360 web application. 
  • Candidate information can be entered into the new 360 web application manually or by using Fama’s resume parser.

    Note: In order to request a 360 report, customers can include the candidate’s information, either directly from their resume and/or LinkedIn profile:

    • First and Last Name 
    • Email Address 
    • Employment 
    • Education History 
    • Location 
    • Blueprint
    • Resume and/or LinkedIn profile
    • Consent Form (If Applicable) 
    • and, any other information that would be helpful to the research and reporting process

  • Download completed reports from directly within the web application for easy sharing by selecting the “Download” icon under “Actions.”

Who this impacts? 

All Fama 360 customers are eligible for this enhancement. 

  • Non-API Customers: Account Managers will be reaching out to set up login credentials and onboard users.
  • API Customers: Customers who use Fama’s API to request and view 360 reports and would like self service capabilities, please connect with your Account Manager to get started.
